These terms cover use of the YB HOODS storefront and the product information presented here. YB HOODS is your contact for product, fulfillment and return questions.
Product and sizing
Our product is the YB Graphic Full-Zip Hoodie in black with red and off-white artwork, available in S, M, L, XL and 2XL. Images illustrate the design. Screen settings can affect how colors appear. The height-based size guide provides recommendations rather than garment measurements.
Pricing and bundles
Base prices are set in CAD. Prices displayed in another currency are estimates using exchange rates and may differ from the final amount shown at Whop checkout. Select Solo, Duo or Crew and a size for every hoodie. Optional add-ons are included in the displayed total when selected. Review the final amount, currency and any applicable taxes before paying.
Payments and order information
Payments are handled through Whop. Review Whop’s applicable checkout terms and payment rules before purchasing. Provide accurate contact and delivery information.
Shipping and returns
Every order includes free worldwide shipping, with estimated delivery of 8–24 business days. You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. See our shipping and returns pages for the process.
Optional services
Shipping protection and a 30-day warranty are optional paid add-ons. Shipping protection covers confirmed loss or damage in transit. The warranty covers manufacturing defects reported within 30 days of delivery; normal wear, accidental damage and misuse are excluded. Contact support with your order reference and supporting details for a claim review. Buying an optional service does not replace rights provided by applicable law.
