Returns policy

30-day return requests
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Contact ybhoods through your Whop receipt to arrange your return, or email ybhoods@outlook.com with your order reference.
Arrange the return first
Tell us which hoodie you would like to return and the reason for your request. Wait for return instructions and the correct return address before sending anything back. Support will explain the return-shipping arrangements and next steps for your request.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your hoodie arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as you notice the issue. Include your order reference and photos so we can review what happened and help resolve it.
Refunds and updates
Once your return has been reviewed, support will confirm the outcome and any refund steps. Where a refund is issued, the payment provider’s processing times apply. These instructions do not limit rights you have under applicable consumer laws.
